Provides a code of practice for conformity assessment and related activities which is intended to promote freedom of trade through equality of access to conformity assessment services, including third-party assessment; presented in a form suitable for use by accreditation and conformity assessment bodies, whether governmental or non-governmental, at international, regional, national or local level.
