Adopts IEC 60076-3:2013 (ED.3.0), to specify dielectric tests and minimum dielectric levels for power transformers within the scope of AS/NZS 60076.1. Also provides recommended minimum external clearances in air between live parts and between live parts and earth, which are given for use when these clearances are not specified by the purchaser.
