Methods of testing child restraints, Method 2: Determination of hazardous throat contact in abnormal situations

Sets out the method for testing child restraints with an incorporated seat for possible hazardous throat contact through the child restraint becoming loose or released. The test applies to Type B and Type D child restraints specified in AS/NZS 1754:1995.
