AS DOC 3000 R 4 (1995)

Sets out various rulings to the 1991 edition of AS 3000, which are interpretations of specific enquiries which have a wide area of practical application but are generally not suitable for inclusion in AS 3000. They are issued in batches periodically during the life of an edition of AS 3000. A special Rulings binder is also available.
