[Withdrawn]Approval and test specification for electric hand-lamps
This specification applies to all electric hand-lamps for use on direct or alternating current circuits at low or extra-low pressures, excluding however any hand-lamp which: (i) is intended for operation at a pressure not exceeding 25 volts, and (ii) is marked with the operating pressure, and (iii) is fitted with a small ("miniature") bayonet lampholder, and (iv) is fitted with a guard of such size that it cannot accommodate any 60 watt 230 volt lamp.
