The range of methods in This Standard covers provedures for determining physical properties of belting such as full thickness, tensile strength and elongation, tensile strength and elongation of covers, determination of troughability, determination of resistance to tear propagation, ply adhesion and ageing. Also given are methods for determining dimensions of belting, such as the length of endless belting and thickness of belting and covers.
