This Standard is the head standard for all RISSB Track and Civil Infrastructure Standards. The application of this Standard shall include all Australian Heavy Rail freight and Heavy Rail passenger networks having a track gauge above 600mm, including heritage and tourist railways. This Standard does not apply to Light Rail networks such as sugar tramways and urban tramways.
