This Standard is an adoption with national modifications and has been reproduced from IEC 62053-23:2003+AMD.1:2016 CSV (ED.1.1), Electricity metering equipment (a.c.)—Particular requirements, Part 23: Static meters for reactive energy (classes 2 and 3). This Standard communicates to users, and also provides manufacturers with the particular requirements for class 2 and 3 reactive energy static meters intended for use in Australia.
