[Current]AS 5013.14.3:2024 adopts and modifies ISO 4833 2:2013, which specifies a horizontal method for enumeration of microorganisms that are able to grow and form colonies on the surface of a solid medium after aerobic incubation at 30 °C. This method is applicable to products intended for human consumption, products intended for feeding animals (including pets), environmental samples in the area of food and feed production and handling, and all samples from the primary production stage
