This Standard was developed by the Meat Standards Committee (MSC) of the Primary Industries Standing Committee (PISC) of the Primary Industries Ministerial Council (PIMC). It is also known as PISC (SCARM) Report No. 87 which was published as AS 5008:2007 by CSIRO PUBLISHING.
