[Current]Minor works contract conditions (Superintendent administered)
Specifies a form of contract to be used for construct only projects of a simple nature. It is not suitable for projects of a complex or long term nature or where a bill of quantities has been prepared. There is also no provision for Seperable Portions or nominated subcontracts. This version of this form of Contract does not provide for its administration by a Principal.
