Sets out requirements for hygienic production and transportation of meat and meat products for domestic and export use. This Australian Standard was prepared by the Standing Committee on Agriculture and resource Management (SCARM) on behalf of the Agriculture and resource Management Council of Australia and New Zealand (ARMCANZ). It has been adopted by Standards Australia under an accreditation agreement with ARMCANZ.
