Comprises a single set of General Conditions of Contract suitable for all types of civil, building, electrical and mechanical plant contracting work. The document includes appropriate conditions of tendering and compatible form of formal instrument of agreement and payment certificate. The 1981 series is still available but should not be used unless particular circumstances require it. See AS 2124-1986 to AS 2127-1986.
