Part 1 deals with the recording of work injuries, and includes definitions, and sections on assessment of cases, methods of recording, investigation of accidents, common factors and trends; Part 2 deals with the methods of measuring work injury experience, and includes frequency rates, duration rate and incidence rates. An appendix gives some interpretations.
