Applies to pipes and fittings up to 600 mm nominal size. Provision is made for flange fittings. The class of pipe is based on wall thickness, and for fittings only one class is quoted which is intended to cover all uses. Material quality, mode of casting, heat treatment and inspection and testing of pipes and fittings together with dimensions and tolerances are specified.
