Includes minimum requirements for the materials, design and construction of a range of timber ladders including single ladders, extension ladders, industrial folding step-ladders, domestic folding step-ladders, industrial platform step-ladders, domestic bucket-board step-ladders, domestic extension step-ladders and trestle ladders. An appendix sets out recommendations for the determination of the slope of the the grain of timber.
