The use of reinforced concrete in structures (known as the SAA Concrete Structures Code)

Establishes rules for the use of reinforced concrete and plain concrete, both normal weight and lightweight, in any structure in which the density of concrete lies within the range 1250 to 2600kg/m(sup)3. It excludes special structures such as highway and railway bridges, hydraulic structures, and prestressed concrete structures. For commentary on code see MP28.
