[Superseded]Code of practice for use of fly ash in concrete (incorporating Amdt 1)
Comprises a specification for chemical analysis limits, fineness, sampling and testing of fly ash, defined as solid material extracted by electrical or mechanical means from the flue gases of a boiler fired with pulverized coal but not including ash extracted from the bottom of the furnace; and a code of minimum requirements covering use of fly ash as an admixture to concrete.
